Challenge
Guided by their vision of becoming a world-leading immersive event, The Tattoo needed to evolve their outdated ticketing system. Their existing Secutix ticket shop couldn’t meet key requirements, caused fragmented user journeys, and felt disconnected from the core Tattoo brand experience.

Approach
Collaborating closely with The Tattoo and development team at Dog, we designed and delivered a fully integrated ticketing solution - embedding the Secutix sales engine directly within the Tattoo’s Umbraco website. This created a unified, mobile-first experience aligned with audience needs and commercial goals. Through user testing and iteration, we simplified booking flows, enhanced visual consistency, and strengthened the overall brand experience.
